Anita Mansingh is a certified life coach, fitness trainer, counsellor, yoga instructor, motivational speaker, and social wellness advocate based in Singapore. Six years of full-time, cross-disciplinary work with individuals, athletes, and Fortune-500 teams across four continents shaped a single conviction: real transformation is holistic.
She weaves modern psychology with ancient yoga, athletic strength with emotional intelligence, and personal work with public voice — delivered in person and through technology to clients around the world. Her mission is simple: help people build lives that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside.
Postgraduate degrees in Finance and Human Resource — a mind trained in both numbers and people.
Formal training in asana, pranayama and mindful movement, taught with warmth and precision.
Years inside the tech industry — bringing structure, systems thinking and calm under pressure.
A lifelong athlete's mindset — discipline, play, and the quiet joy of showing up every day.
Honest encouragement, never hype. She meets you where you are and walks with you forward.
Trained to untangle the knot — whether it's a career pivot, a body concern, or a life crossroads.
Building initiatives that put wellbeing and community access first, profit second.
The role that shaped every other one — patience, presence, and unconditional care.
Stages, podcasts, and small circles — sharing lived experience over polished performance.
ICF-accredited Life & Executive Coach. Over 2,000 hours of 1-on-1 client work.
Trained counsellor with a foundation in CBT, mindfulness-based therapy, and trauma-informed care.
Registered Yoga Teacher with training in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and pranayama.
NASM-CPT with six years of coaching elite athletes and busy professionals full-time.
Keynotes delivered at TEDx, Google, Microsoft, and 40+ leading conferences.
Global wellness community built across Instagram, YouTube, and podcast platforms.
2020
After years of side-of-desk coaching around a corporate career, Anita closed the tech chapter and moved the practice fully online in ten days — running 300+ free sessions for frontline healthcare and hospitality workers through the first lockdown year.
2021
Completed ICF-accredited coach training and a postgraduate diploma in counselling psychology (CBT, mindfulness-based therapy, trauma-informed care) — the pieces that let her hold body and mind in one room.
2022
First paid keynote at a women-in-leadership summit in Kuala Lumpur, followed by talks at DBS, Standard Chartered, and NUS — translating private work into a public voice.
2023
Established a Singapore studio and a small team; began serving founders, artists and athletes across Asia in person, and a wider roster virtually.
2024
Codified the 1-on-1 method into two small-group programs — 'The Reset' (8 weeks, foundation) and 'The Ascend' (12 weeks, integration) — capped at twelve women per cohort.
2025
Formalised the studio: a Singapore home base and a small team, now serving clients across 14 countries through in-person, virtual and small-group programs.
2026
Began work on a first book with a Singapore literary agent — a plainspoken field guide to living calmly and strongly in a life that keeps moving. Expected 2027.
No hustle scripts. No 30-day miracles. Anita's practice is slow on purpose — because the things worth changing rarely change in a hurry.
01
Sleep, breath, strength and food are the floor. Coaching sits on top of a nervous system that can actually hold change.
02
One habit a fortnight, measured and adjusted. Progress that survives a hard week, not just a hopeful one.
03
What's said in a session stays there. No screenshots, no case studies, no client names on stage.
04
Anita holds the frame; the client walks the mile. Every plan is co-authored — nothing prescribed from above.

Anita lives in Singapore with her family. Mornings begin with a long walk along the East Coast, coffee that's always a little too strong, and a notebook she refuses to digitise. She reads two books at a time — one for the head, one for the heart — cooks Sindhi food on Sundays, and mentors a small circle of women founders pro bono through the year. She believes deeply that a good life is a quiet one, well tended.
A short list, kept honest. Names appear only where the engagement is public — private client work stays private, always.
Corporate & Institutional
Stages, Podcasts & Press
Every session for the last ten years began the same way — a plain black notebook, one page per client, one line of what she noticed. Twelve notebooks in, a pattern surfaced: the same four questions, the same five quiet reversals, the same handful of habits that held.
Still, Strong. is the field guide that pattern deserves — plainspoken, unhurried, and built for readers who don't need another 30-day plan. Represented by Jacaranda Literary in Singapore. Expected 2027.
